Privacy policy
RiskAlert AI is designed to help you spot safety hazards on your jobsite. This policy explains how your data is handled.
On-device processing: when you select or film a clip, the app extracts keyframes directly on your device, downscales them, and sends only those compressed frames for analysis. The original video never leaves your device.
Retention: frames sent for analysis are not retained on our servers beyond processing. Your analysis history is stored locally on your device and is never transmitted elsewhere.
Your rights: under Québec's Law 25 and the GDPR, you may review and delete your data. The local history can be cleared at any time from the History screen.
Third-party consent: you are responsible for obtaining the consent of people who may appear in your clips.
Limitations: the analysis is qualitative and contextualized by public statistics. It does not constitute professional advice and does not predict any individual accident.
Required account: the app requires an account to be used. When you create an account or sign in (Sign in with Apple or email and password, via our authentication provider Clerk), we store your account identifier and email address so your subscription and quota follow your account. Under Law 25 and the GDPR, you can permanently delete your account and associated data at any time from Settings; this deletion removes your account and the data retained server-side.
