Terms of Use (EULA)
By downloading or using RiskAlert AI (the "App"), published by Looking Glass Technologies Inc. ("we"), you agree to this End User License Agreement (EULA). If you do not accept these terms, do not use the App.
1. License to use
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on your devices for professional occupational health and safety prevention purposes. This license transfers no ownership rights in the App to you.
2. Acceptable use
You agree to film or upload only clips you have the right to capture, recorded on your own jobsite, and to obtain the consent of people who may appear in them. You will not use the App for any unlawful purpose, to monitor people without their knowledge, or to upload protected third-party content.
3. Important notice — nature of the analysis
The App provides a qualitative, educational assessment of the safety conditions visible in your frames, contextualized by regulations and public accident statistics (e.g. CNESST, WorkSafeBC, WSIB, OSHA). Risk levels (low, moderate, high) are indicative. The App does not predict any individual accident, offers no guarantee of completeness or accuracy, and may miss hazards not visible in the frame. It does not replace the judgment of a qualified health and safety professional, an on-site inspection, or compliance with applicable laws and regulations. You remain solely responsible for the safety decisions made on your jobsite.
4. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We disclaim all liability for direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from use of the App or reliance on its results, including any accident, injury, or loss occurring on a jobsite.
5. Subscriptions, trial, and billing
Some features require a paid subscription. Each paid plan may begin with a free trial; unless cancelled before the trial ends, the subscription renews automatically at the then-current price. Billing and renewal are managed by the app store (App Store or Google Play), where you can manage or cancel your subscription at any time.
6. Intellectual property
The App, its code, trademarks, and content remain our property or that of our licensors. You retain ownership of the clips and frames you provide.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms. You may stop using the App at any time and delete your local data from the History screen.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the Province of Québec and the laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
9. Contact
